CACC, the epicentre of a collective support system provides a strong foundation for capacity building, good governance, advocacy, access to available and upcoming funding and support.
CACC will endeavour to represent at the forefront, leveraging knowledge and learning to become aware of opportunities that will create opportunities for social integration, economical advancement, and civic engagement.
Through a progressive approach, CACC will focus for assistance with financial resources, access to creating opportunities through proposal writing, budgeting, access to services/programs, information sharing, healthcare and public health guidelines and resources
